orthototics or insoles are used to help the function of your foot.

When the foot or lower leg has pain sometimes its because of how you are walking

The angles of the foot can be adjusted so that the way you walk is more efficient for your foot and can reduce pain.

Certain conditions benefit from the use of orthotics.

Things like Plantar fasciitis, sesamoiditis and shin splints to name a few will benefit from an adjustment made to the movement of the foot.
